The House for you

Independent rural accommodation with 6 to 9 beds

La Font is an inhabited farmhouse, it is part of the scattered municipality of Les Llosses in the Ripollès region.
Part of the house is our home, we live there all year round. The other part of the farmhouse is the accommodation we offer you and we want to show you.

On the north side of the house, where the road once passed, is the main entrance. It is the one that currently gives access to rural accommodation. Next to the front door we find a date, 1867, referring to one of the old modifications of the building. The last restoration was made in 1997. With our intervention, we have modified the minimum to convey the maximum.

Comfort and tranquility

The three bedrooms of the accommodation, together with the two bathrooms, communicate with the living room. They are located on the first floor, under the roof.

History and nature

La Font house is located between forests and meadows of ancient crops now used for pastures. Nearby, as in the other houses in the valley, we will find the mill, currently in ruins, where the wheat of the harvest was brought to grind and make the flour for bread throughout the year. These farmhouses were almost completely self-sufficient. Walking to the old mill we can find the trail of the old fields.

How to get there

If you come from Barcelona:

Take the C-17 (Barcelona-Vic-Puigcerdà) road, approximately 2 kilometres before arriving at Ripoll, take the C-26 regional road towards Berga-Les Llosses on the left. After 7 kilometers, on the right, you will find the sign indicating La Font, on your left is the qiilometric point 183.

If you come from Ripoll:

Take the national road towards Vic-Barcelona. After 2 kilometers, you will find, on the right, the C-26 Berga-Les Lloses regional road.

  • 10 minutes from Ripoll.
  • 25 minutes from the Rack Railway. To visit vall de Núria.
  • 35 minutes from Camprodon.
